Election of Delegates to the Grand Lodge Convention held in Toronto, Canada in September will be May 16th, 2012 from 8.00am till 6.00pm. The announcement letters were mailed out in the beginning of March. If you did not receive yours please call us. If you live more then 25 miles from the Union Hall in El Monte, are sick or disabled, on vacation etc. you can receive a absentee ballot and vote by mail.

New changes starting in 2012
At our regular Membership meeting in September a motion was carried that starting January 2012 every third month the regular Membership meetings would be held on the third Saturday of that month. Executive Board meeting would start at 9.00am and the regular Membership meeting at 10.00am. This was decided so the members that can not attend the Wednesday meeting had a chance to attend. This information will be sent to all shops to be posted at each bulletin board. If you have any question feel free to call.
