As a employee you have legal rights! If management wants to meet with you about your work performance.....You should reply

"If this meeting can in any way result in my being disciplined or terminated, or affect my personal working conditions, I respectfully request Union representation, or to have a fellow employee of my choice as a witness. Without representation I choose not to answer any questions."

Si la Gerencia te llama a la oficina esto es lo que debes responder:

"Si esta discusion pudiera de cualquier manera resultar en disciplina, despido, o en algo que afectara mis condiciones de trabajo, respetuosamente solicito representacion de la union o la presencia de algun companero de trabajo de mi eleccion como testigo. Sin dicha representacion prefiero no responder a ninguna pregunta."
